EXERCISE
FOR ASTHMATICS
For asthmatics, exercise can be a double-edged sword: there
are huge benefits, but it can also induce an asthma attack.
If you consider the number of successful sportspeople who
are asthmatic, it's clear the problem can be managed. Why
not let our personal trainers show you how?
KIDS
EXERCISE
Thanks to the media we are all aware of the fact that our
nation is becoming more obese as years pass by.
It is important for adults to lead
a healthy and active life, it is IMPERATIVE that children
maintain a healthy lifestyle. Overweight children that carry
too much Fat through to their teen or early adult years will
find it increasingly harder to lose once fully mature.
On the other end of the scale, eating
disorders are also a common problem among the young.
Our personal trainers understand the
health needs of children today and will approach exercise
and the subject of nutrition with sensitivity and motivation.
EXERCISE
FOR DIABETICS

live a full life. Exercise and sensible nutrition can provide
real physical benefits.
Whether Type 1 or Type 2 diabetic,
exercise can be highly beneficial, provided it is taken under
supervision or guidance. Our personal trainers understand
the needs and necessary precautions associated with training
